If you are looking for a centrally located fifth floor flat on the main road through Altea, you will find that this small and simple 2-person penthouse is ideal for a stay of a few weeks or maybe even months. It is a 70m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, living room, 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. At the front and rear are two balconies. The huge front balcony runs over the entire width and gives you a spectacular vieuw on the village. The cosy rear balcony just gives you a view of the sea.
Just around the corner is the beach of Altea and you can find many choices for restaurants and bars along the coast. If you go in the other direction, you will discover the striking old town, “el casco antiguo” less than 10 minutes walking distance.

One Spanish lesson per week or even an intensive course for you and your partner. The stay can be completely customized for you, we even arrange a rental car for you if desire it.

Those are prices per week and per two persons. The course offered is very flexible and the above prices assume a minimum number of lessons per week, namely 2 × 2 hours
The aforementioned prices do not include additional costs
- (service and booking costs) these are 80.00€ per week in the low season weeks and 120.00€ in the high season weeks
- Cleaning costs are € 40.00 once
